the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of a

product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product.

8. Returns, Refunds & Order Policies

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and consumable health

products, all sales are final. Get and Stay Healthy does not accept

returns, exchanges, or refunds on any product purchased online or instore,

as items cannot be safely restocked or resold once they leave

our possession.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it within

48 hours of delivery to support@ahvito.com or 215-933-0269, along

with proof of purchase and photos of the item and packaging. If

verified, we will provide a replacement at our sole discretion —

refunds will not be issued.

By completing a purchase, customers agree not to file payment

disputes or chargebacks for orders that comply with this policy; Get

and Stay Healthy reserves the right to submit transaction and delivery

records to payment processors to contest any such dispute.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an

incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package), we will

notify the customer by email and allow 3 days to confirm a corrected

address and pay a reshipping fee. Orders not reclaimed within that

window are treated as abandoned and forfeited, with no refund

issued. Perishable and consumable wellness products are nonreturnable,

non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under all

circumstances, including undeliverable or abandoned packages.

Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping address and

reviewing product details and ingredients before purchase. For

9. Governing Law

This Legal Notice and your use of this website shall be governed by

and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of

federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
